The land, with an area of 165 thousand square meters, is situated in Bafra Tourism Zone in Northern Cyprus; which is expected to be one of the most popular holiday destinations of the region. Construction of the premises covering 85 thousand square meter of closed space had started in 2007 and the facility was fully operational in June 2011. 

Noah’s Ark Deluxe Hotel and Casino stands out as one of the best theme hotels of the Mediterranean with its unique architecture. The hotel is designed as the carcass of the ship wreck that had appeared after melting of the ice on the mountain that Noah’s Ark had landed. It has 336 rooms of which 43 are suites. The total capacity supasses 1400 beds with the addition of 280 rooms at the Garden Residences, which are visualized as the village houses that had been built by the people who had left the Ark and resided on the skirts of the mountain.
