Inc. is a company with a solid background, growing steadily ever since it had been founded in 1981.The founders are both engineers with an experience of over 30 years in the Construction Industry. Starting at the construction site and working in various highway and infrastructure contracts as managers, they have assumed responsibility for numerous projects, - both in the private and the government sector - and one of them served for a period as the Head of Highway Construction Dept. in the General Directorate of Highways, overseeing all of the highway investments in Turkey.

Ever since the beginning of its first contract; Tarsus - Pozantı Motorway, Km: 24+000 - 28+000 section; EKSEN had put Production Quality foremost of every other issue in the construction process. This principle is understood and adopted by every employee in the firm; starting with the daily laborers and going up to the foremen, the technicians, the engineers and all the way to the upper management. In order to achieve the goal of Highest Quality in Production, EKSEN emphasizes the use of highly trained personnel and state of the art machinery that minimizes the human factor in construction. In situ and laboratory testing is performed for earthworks, concrete and asphalt works by the company personnel with state of the art testing equipment in its laboratories.
